Terms and Conditions

Afrozone Kingdom Safaris acts as a supplier, tour operator, and distributor of tourism-related suppliers.

This means we organize, we book, operate, and reserve bookings for safari.

To us, booking means the purchase of our product through any channel that relates to Afrozone Kingdom Safaris including, links that are connected to our website or any agent who works with us.


Upon confirmation, the agreed amount should be paid according to the type of safari booked. 

For the safari that will use the lodge as an accommodation, 50% of the total amount should be paid upfront to simplify logistics including hotel reservations. 

The deposit is not refundable. 

Payment of deposit is due upon reservation. 

The remaining amount should be paid in full 10 days prior to the safari and cash in hand is acceptable on arrival day if the remainder were not sent as per the condition.

For clients who prefer to use credit cards or any online payment, 5% to 6% should be reimbursed by the client as handling fees.


Any confirmation of a safari trip with us should be done through payments of a deposit.

The full amount will be charged for cancellations that are made 72 hours prior to Safari

50 per cent will be charged for cancellations that are made between 7 to 21 days prior to the safari.

The cancellation which is made 21 days prior to departure will not be charged, only cancellation emails should be channelled to info@afrozonekindomsafris.com

Failure to appear on safari at a specified date and on time, for the tour will be treated as a cancellation and 100 per cent will be charged. 

We hold the right to resell the ticket for clients who fail to appear on the tour


Any client who seemed to be under influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused to join the tour. Significantly will not fit to be refunded.

In case the company has to incur any cost for transfer back of the client for failure to adhere to the conditions, clients will incur any cost related to disturbances caused.


All the insurance should be handled by clients prior to the safari and it is highly recommended.
